QUANTUM TREASURY PRODUCTION SUPPORT

The Production Engineering Analyst interacts with all users of Front Office, Finance & Operations, Back Office, Treasury and Risk Management to develop and implement lasting and robust technology solutions as well as support the existing FIS Quantam application and surrounding framework.

  LOCATION

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong knowledge on FIS Quantum

  • Experience supporting Treasury and Risk Platforms 

  • Respond to incidents for Trade Life cycle

  • Provide End-to-End production application support

  • Effective handle of incidents in a timely fashion to the appropriate Level 3 team and tracked through to closure

  • Effective Problem management for recurring incidents

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have experience of FIS Quantum

  • Experience in providing technical support for Treasury and/or Risk desks

  • Treasury product knowledge

  • Preferable able to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
